Wine making process : Traditional vinification at 18°C in thermoregulated stainless steel vats in order to keep the aromas intact until the end of the fermentation process. Fermentation for 17 days with malolactic fermentation blocked. Racked several times and refined before bottling.
Percentage of alcohol per volume : 12.5%
• Blend : Grenache 65% – Mourvèdre 35%
