Wine making process : Traditional vinification at 18°C in thermoregulated stainless steel vats in order to keep the aromas intact until the end of the fermentation process. Fermentation for 17 days with malolactic fermentation blocked. Racked several times and refined before bottling.

Palate and Nose : A beautifully clear pale pink robe. Elegant and delicate nose of agrumes and apricot with notes of sweet spices. Lively palate, dense and round ending on a citrus note. A gourmet wine, which goes well with Mediterranean cuisine.

Percentage of alcohol per volume : 12.5%
• Blend : Grenache 65% – Mourvèdre 35%
